Oceantrax is delighted to announce that they have been chosen to handle the delivery of two new Arcona 385 sailboats from Henan, Sweden to Portsmouth and The Hamble.
In both yacht deliveries, the new owners were accompanied by an Oceantrax skipper who assisted in familiarizing the owners with their new boats.

Before setting off, Oceantrax skippers helped with provisioning, planning the passage, and getting the vessel ready. They meticulously reviewed all the details with the new owners to make sure their expectations were met.
Leaving Sweden in April meant experiencing cold nights, sometimes challenging weather, along with occasional warm days and, at times, perfect sailing conditions.
The ever changing Baltic weather in April
Because of a weather system crossing the North Sea, it was decided to sail south via the Baltic Sea and then pass through the Kiel Canal to steer clear of the most extreme weather conditions.

Both deliveries were completed in around twelve days, a little longer than usual, but this was due to the owner's preference for stopping at night. Not that we complained!
